IOmark has released a new version of the IOmark tool suite.
The IOmark application workload tool enables testing storage workloads utilizing deduplication and compression. The IOmark suite supports multiple application workloads, including virtual desktops (VDI), and a new server virtualization workload (VM).
New features available with version 3.3 include:
- Support for new application workload set (IOmark-VM)
- Multiple standard server workloads running together constitute the new IOmark-VM workload set. Includes 8 applications and hypervisor workloads
- Enhanced support for VDI (IOmark-VDI), now supports linked clones
- Support for Deduplication and Compression (variable rate settings)
